Meet The Team

What happens when a creative writer and a math whiz get married? They birth a business that produces award winning grant proposals and impactful program evaluation services. Marsha, also known as the ‘Word Doctor’, believes there is an art and science to writing compelling narratives. Marsha understands the importance of truly knowing the mission of an organization to visually paint a picture with words. She uses her gift for creative writing and story telling to illustrate the purpose and vision of each nonprofit. Motiere, the ‘Numbers Guru’, uses his knack for numbers during data analysis and budget reviews. He believes that numbers, which are derived from outcomes, show true impact.  They tell the who (who was involved?), the what (what was measured?), and the how (how much time/money was invested?). Additionally, he believes if the numbers can prove the impact, the impact can lead to grant funding.

Together Marsha and Motiere combine expertise and knowledge in quantitative and qualitative data/information to fully showcase the uniqueness of each nonprofit we serve.
